US ORDERS

USPS First Class Mail

Arrival within 3 to 5 business days and provides tracking.

USPS Priority Mail

Arrival within 1 to 3 business days and provides tracking.

USPS Standard Post

Arrival within 5 to 10 business days and provides tracking.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

USPS Priority Mail International:

Arrives within 7 to 17 business days but does not have tracking or insurance. It is much more reliable than First Class International and takes less time to arrive.

1.) USA (Domestic) Orders

Most orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail upon receipt and verification of payment. Please allow at least 4 to 5 business days for delivery from the time your order is placed. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and all major USA holidays. If we foresee any type of extended delay, you will be notified.

2.) International Orders

For orders outside the USA, actual shipping and handling will be slightly higher. Most orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International. The shopping cart will automatically add the correct shipping and handling charge to your order. This fee will be based on total weight of combined items and country of destination. Payment must be in US$. If you have any questions about international orders, please send us an email and we will answer any questions you have.

International Shipping Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. The purchaser will be responsible for all customs taxes and any additional taxes that are charged by the destination country.

3.) Express Shipping Options

Need your order shipped fast? Need fabulousness now and absolutely can't wait another day! Along with our normal USPS First Class Mail Domestic (USA) and First Class Mail International, we can also ship orders via USPS Priority, Domestic Overnight or Priority International. These options are available for an additional cost. These express shipping options are not available during checkout on our shopping cart. You must contact us by phone (747-777-0332) or send us an email to get a quote and to have your order shipped by one of these express methods.

4.) Delivery Times

We usually ship in stock items within 1 business day. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and all major US holidays. Once your order is shipped from our facility, we cannot make any guarantees for delivery times dependent upon a shipping carrier. If any delivery arrives earlier or later than a promised time frame, Kinnyandhowie.com will not be held accountable for the shipping carriers estimated delivery date.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Should an occasion arise when you need to exchange an item for a different size or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and need a refund, please follow these guidelines. Return/Exchange Policies

U.S. returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn, undamaged products and must be received by us within 15 days of shipping (15 days from the shipping notification email you receive) of your original purchase.

No International returns or exchanges are available.

Refunds can only be issued in either the original form of payment used or for store credit. A refund cannot be transferred to any other additional payment method.

We will process received returns within 7 business days.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges can only be made for alternate color, size, or pattern of the SAME ITEM.

Returns received after 15 days of shipping will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY AS WELL AS possibly subject to a 50% restocking fee.

When returning an item, please complete the return form you received with your purchase and mail in an appropriate shipping container or the original protective packaging to the address below. We recommend purchasing insurance from your carrier as we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM. If your order is received after this time, or for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, your shipping will be the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order.
